Our Inn, the Ivy House Inn is not in Colorado, but in Wyoming. We have now owned this for growing on 11
years, and have the ghost of Mrs. White and Company, who also reside here. We have hosted many folks,
because we are haunted, and the reputation is word of mouth. We have voices, and several hundred pictures
of things in our house, including full faces, orbs, 3 vortices and ectoplasm.

and some pictures.
My job is beginning to take me out of town a lot, and that leaves my wife and son at home and a daughter in
college in Montana. We are needing more time away than we can take with the inn, and have decided to sell it.
Would you consider putting it on your website as a "Haunted Inn for Sale", even if it is in Wyoming? What would
be the cost?
We have a good reputation, and are getting bookings into next year, and already have a wedding booked for
the night of Halloween.
