Together with the talents of Red Herring Productions, experience the likes of “Murder in Buffalo Chip” or “Murder Speaks Easy” and try
to figure out who committed the crime. Did the gunfighter do it? Did the widow? Maybe the sheriff. Only one thing is certain, you will
enjoy a wonderful dinner, great entertainment and experience railroading’s most breathtaking train ride!

Beginnings:
*Enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine from the private cash bar, and wander out on one of our open cars as the train enters the Royal
Gorge.
*Shortly after departure, you will be served a Baby Green Salad Served with candied pecans, bleu cheese crumbles, dried
cranberries, and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Choice of Entree:
* Prime Rib
* Slow Roasted Prime Rib: A generous 14-16 ounce cut served with parisian potatoes and fresh vegetables.
* Pesto Salmon
* Pesto Salmon (Alaskan): Served with parisian potatoes, and fresh vegetables.
* Chicken Breast
* Roasted Heirline Chicken Breast: Served with a whiskey butter sauce, parisian potatoes and seasonal summer vegetables.
* Vegetable Napoleon
* Vegetable Napoleon: A selection of fresh seasonal vegetables baked to perfection.
